CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean homes that have had a fire or Water Damage in them
  • Drive to and from jobsite daily
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • A valid IICRC WTR certification a plus. – *sign on bonus if current*
  • Ensuring equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled and maintained. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas as needed
  • Completing paperwork and other documents as required by company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • 3-5 years experience cleaning
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
  • Must be reliable, dependable and drug free
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle.
  • Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for work flow and timelines.
  • Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project.
  • Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
  • Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to TC.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Install trim, minor framing, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor HVAC
  • Hang, tape, and float drywall
  • Must be an perfect painter
  • Blend texture with existing textures
  • Drive to and from jobsite daily
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • Ensuring equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled and maintained. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas as needed
  • Completing paperwork and other documents as required by company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • 3-5 years recent experience drywall, trim, framing, paint
  • Must be able to blend different drywall finishes perfectly
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills.

ACCOUNTING CLERK

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Process daily time sheets
  • Process purchase orders and enter into our operating software
  • Enter credit card receipts and possible light reconciliations
  • Work front desk while receptionsit is at lunch
  • File paper work for entire admin department
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Customer communication.
  • Respond to customer concerns.
LEADERSHIP DUTIES

DELIVERY DRIVER | WAREHOUSE

  • Deliver tools, equipment, and building materials between 3 offices in Lafayette, New Orleans and Baton Rouge
  • Clean equipment in office on days when not making deliveries
  • Run fork lift in warehouse when not making deliveries
  • Must be able to drive large van with a large trailer attached to it

EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments
  • maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
  • monitor and maintain office equipment
  • control inventory relevant to reception area
  • tidy and maintain the reception area
  • schedule flights, hotels and events for executive management
