With COVID-19, this time of upheaval and disruption in our lives, businesses and communities, I want to share with you how we are approaching this unprecedented situation. Guarantee Restoration, like many of you, are most concerned about the safety and well-being of our co-workers, family and partners. Yet, we remain steadfast to our commitment to being your partner in addressing your property damage needs with expertise.

I want to update you on the actions we have taken to ensure you can continue to rely upon Guarantee Restoration during this challenging time. We have following a series of protocols to meet our obligation to keep our team and clients safe. As always, will continue to carry on with the level of excellence you expect from us.

As part of our business continuity, we have developed plans for disruptive situations which are designed to protect the health and safety of our employees and to minimize the impact on our customers. Those plans include:

Service accessibility. Our emergency service and COVID-19 cleaning services continue to be available uninterrupted by the coronavirus pandemic. However, our reconstruction services have paused due to forces out of our control. As soon as the state offices and permitting offices reopen, there will be delays, however, we will we work to minimize these for your project.

Customer Support. Many of our employees are working remotely; however, we continue to respond to any size property damage to meet the needs of our community. At our 4 office along the Gulf Coast we have essential team members only. If you need help reaching someone, call our main office at 1-800-349-HELP.

Enhanced safety procedures at our offices. For business-critical roles that require a presence in the office, we have put in place restrictions to limit the number of individuals in each location and continue to refill our hand sanitizing machines throughout each office.

Restriction on non-essential travel. All employee travel not “business-critical” has been suspended through the end of April. Our sales, business development & production teams will continue to meet with prospects, customers and partners via telephone, online or onsite when there is a property damage assessment needing to be made.

Crises tend to bring out the best in people along the gulf coast and I firmly believe we will rise to the test of COVID-19. The events of the past few weeks and months emphasize to me the importance of honesty, trust and compassion in all relationships, business and personal.
