Guarantee Restoration is a family owned and operated property damage restoration company, founded in 1974 by Ellen and Chunky Folks out of their one bedroom apartment off College Drive in Baton Rouge, LA. Today, their son, Shawn Folks, leads the company consisting of over 120 employees, 4 offices and has become the leading property damage restoration company of choice along the gulf coast.
