At Guarantee Restoration Services, our team is made up of individuals who lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and show up when it matters most. This month, we’re excited to introduce Andrew Douet , one of our dedicated Lafayette Reconstruction Project Managers, who plays a critical role in helping customers move forward after property damage. From St. Martinville to GRS Andrew is originally from St. Martinville, Louisiana , and attended South Louisiana Community College (SLCC), where he studied Drafting & Design. His background in construction and design laid a strong foundation for the work he does today. Before joining GRS, Andrew worked for Bulliard Construction, gaining hands-on experience that prepared him for the fast-paced and detail-oriented world of restoration. He joined Guarantee Restoration Services on November 8, 2021, and has now been part of the team for over four years.

For five and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of writing our Meet the Team blog series. About two years into my role, our department grew with the addition of a third team member. This November, I’m excited to introduce you to someone who has already made a positive impact on our team — our GRS Marketing Assistant, Savannah Dear . As we approach Thanksgiving in just two short weeks, it’s hard to believe the holiday season is nearly here. No matter how busy this time of year becomes, one thing remains constant: when it comes to property damage emergencies, our team is always here for you . Meet the Team | Savannah Dear Savannah was born in Monroe, Louisiana, and raised in Clinton, Mississippi. After graduating from Clinton High School in 2018, she attended the University of Mississippi, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Communication in 2023. In January 2024, she moved to Baton Rouge and began a career in Sales and Marketing with Orange Theory Fitness. We were thrilled to welcome her to the GRS team on August 26, 2024 . Life Outside of Work When Savannah isn’t assisting with social media content, organizing inventory, or supporting our sales team, she loves getting to know Baton Rouge. Her favorite pastimes include exploring the city, trying new restaurants with her boyfriend Jeremiah, spending time with friends, attending concerts, and playing with her dog, Honey. Singing is one of her favorite ways to unwind, and she will never turn down a karaoke night! She’s also an avid traveler, reality TV enthusiast, and sports fan. Her favorite teams include the New Orleans Pelicans, Pittsburgh Pirates, Washington Commanders, and her beloved — and slightly apologetic — Ole Miss Rebels.

October 8, 2025
Ahh, October. It’s hard to fathom that we’re already on the brink of Halloween — and then, you know how the rest of the year goes. Before long, we’ll be preparing for our last full company meeting, Family Day, and our Thanksmas celebrations. The end of 2025 will be here before we know it! That being said — no matter what the busy season brings — when it comes to property damage emergencies, our team is always there for you. Meet the Team | Whitney Hampton Every month, I have the opportunity to showcase one of our awesome team members. For October, we are excited to introduce you to Whitney Hampton , one of our Gulfport Business Development Representatives. Gulf Coast Roots & Family Life Whitney was born and raised in New Orleans but has split her time between Louisiana and Mississippi throughout her life. She later moved to Gulfport, where she graduated from high school. As a young adult, she lived in Bossier City, LA. Now, she is back on the coast in Biloxi, where she raises her two children, Kohen and Kobi, with her husband. Education & Professional Background Whitney graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Marketing — SMTTT! This December, she’ll be finishing her master’s in marketing with a specialization in Digital Strategy. Before joining our team in December 2023, she worked in property management. Whitney started in leasing, then was promoted to Community Manager, where she received the Best Marketing Award in 2023 . Life Outside of Work Personally, when she is not working, Whitney is usually busy with “The Adventures of Kohen and Kobi.” They love spending their weekends exploring new places, such as the science museum, zoo, or splash pad. Staying active and making fun memories together is what she enjoys most. Sports are a big part of the Hampton household. They are big Philadelphia Eagles fans — GO BIRDS! They also love the Florida Gators and have attended many games in Gainesville. Saturdays and Sundays are definitely football days in their house.

September 10, 2025
Hi, September! The leaves may not be changing colors like they are along the East Coast, but Fall is almost upon us. It has been an unusually slow Atlantic Hurricane Season, but that has not slowed us down one bit. With about six weeks left, our team remains ready—as always—to respond. Meet the Team: Donnell Williams For September, I’d like to introduce you to Donnell Williams , a Reconstruction Project Manager at our Jackson Branch. Donnell was born and raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi. After graduating high school, he attended Jackson State University , where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education (K-12) with a minor in Music Education . Life Outside of Work Donnell is a proud father of three—Abigail (5), Dawson (4), and Elijah (3)—and enjoys spending his free time with them. Music plays a big role in his life. He plays piano and organ at church and with a cover band. And as a loyal Jackson State alumnus, you’ll often find him in the stands on a football game day, cheering for the Tigers. He’s also a fan of the Tennessee Titans . Career Journey Before joining GRS in November 2024, Donnell worked for the City of Jackson in the Department of Planning . His background in public service and education has given him a unique perspective on leadership and teamwork.

August 13, 2025
Hello, August! August is flying by, and with back-to-school season in full swing, it won’t be long before fall festivities and the holiday hustle are here. For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of spotlighting the incredible individuals who make Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) the company it is today. This month, we’re excited to introduce you to a key member of our Lafayette team, Craig Rose , who serves as their Mitigation Manager . Meet the Team: Craig Rose Craig was born in Hamilton, Ohio, but at the “tender age of nine” (his words), he and his family moved to the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Family Life & Personal Interests Craig is married to his wife, Karlie, and they have three children: Gaige (18), Gino (13), and Sydnie (7). When he’s not spending time with his family, you can often find him on the golf course maintaining a scratch handicap, or enjoying a game of chess. He’s a proud fan of both the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Philadelphia Eagles. In addition, he has always had a love of music. He has played the guitar for 35 years. He said that he has seen the band Phish 44 times in concert. He even named his daughter Sydnie after Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd. Career Background Before joining GRS in September 2023, Craig owned and operated a ServiceMaster Restore franchise in Baton Rouge. His extensive experience in the restoration industry and leadership roles make him an invaluable part of our team.
