Employee Spotlight | Jacob Pecoraro

Jacob Pecoraro is our Mitigation Project Manager at the Lafayette office. When asked how Jacob learned about Guarantee Restoration he replied, “At my previous place of employment Guarantee was considered a competitor who was successful, and I wanted to be on the winning team.” Since starting with Guarantee Restoration, Jacob has seen great changes within the company.

Jacob loves to see the leadership throughout the company, as well as seeing fellow team members get promoted within the company. His favorite part about working for Guarantee is the many opportunities for growth, and the support and guidance he receives from his superiors. He’s thankful to have such a great team to reach out to whenever he needs the support.

With our Baton Rouge Project Manager, Jacob Ganous already being a part of the family, Jacob Pecoraro has gained a solid nickname, “Jacob 2.0.” Jacob also enjoys playing baseball in his amateur men’s baseball league, as well as going hunting and fishing. He also loves to grill on his Old Smokey.
