Meet the Team | Henry "Junior" Haynes
Happy New Year! Can you say that on January 18th? Is it too late? I am going to roll with it. During 2023, we will continue to highlight a different team member every month on our Meet the Team blog series. For January, we shine the spotlight on Henry “Junior” Haynes, who serves as one of our Gulfport technicians.
Junior was born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi. After high school, he went into the workfoce. He worked at ServPro for 3 years before joining the Guarantee team in March 2022.
Whenever he is not working, he keeps busy by spending time with his wife and family. He and his wife, Delaina, were married recently on October 22, 2022.
He also enjoys watching sports, especially football. In fact, he wanted to be a professional football player as a kid. His favorite pro team is the Green Bay Packers. Go Pack Go!
As I was writing this article, I asked him several questions, including what he likes about working for GRS. He stated, “I love working with our great employees. We make an awesome team!”
I also asked him what he learned recently to which he said, “I have learned how to use Encircle.” This is a software that GRS uses to document jobs.
Finally, he gave some advice to both our team members and leaders. For the employees, keep working hard and take pride in your work! For the leaders, always lead with integrity and compassion.
