Meet The Team | Stephanie Williams

Christina Mullins • October 9, 2024

This month, we're excited to introduce you to Stephanie Williams in our October "Meet the Team" spotlight. Each month, we highlight one of the talented individuals who makes our team at GRS so special. She is a Team Coordinator at our Gulfport, Mississippi Branch. Let's get to know Stephanie!

Background and Journey to GRS

Originally from the small town of Vancleave, Mississippi. She grew up in a place with only two red lights, and her tight-knit community shaped her values. Before joining our team in August 2021, Stephanie spent three precious years as a stay-at-home mom with her two daughters. Reflecting on that time, she says, “Those years were the most precious, being able to spend intentional moments with my girls.”

When Stephanie isn't hard at work, her life is just as busy and rewarding. Her children keep her on her toes, and together they are always finding new and exciting things to do. Stephanie is passionate about spending time outdoors, traveling with her family—especially to Disney World—and making time for her favorite hobby: going to Bingo a couple of times a week.

Although Stephanie admits she's not much of a sports fan, she’s always ready to bring the snacks and cheer for the team with the prettiest uniforms! Growing up, her dream job was to be a teacher, which reflects well in her role as a Team Coordinator.

Stephanie offers some great advice for her coworkers: “Take advantage of the opportunities GRS has to offer—you can never learn too much!” She believes that constant learning and growth are key to success. She believes that GRS provides a great environment with learning and advancement opportunities for anyone willing to grow.

For leaders, Stephanie's message is simple, but profound. She encourages leadership to continue fostering an environment that supports employees and offers opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

What Stephanie loves most about working at GRS is the genuine care the company shows for its employees and the community. From family days to training and development opportunities, GRS consistently makes an effort to support and uplift its team members. Stephanie also highlights the sense of camaraderie and mutual respect among her coworkers, making every day at work enjoyable.

Saying Hi to July! The summer is here—and so is the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season. No matter what it brings, you can be assured that our team at Guarantee Restoration Services will be there when you need us most. Meet the Team: Marcela Argueta Every month, I have the opportunity to showcase our many awesome team members. For July, we are shining the spotlight on Marcela Argueta , who serves as a Lead Technician at our New Orleans location. She was promoted to that position in January 2025 . From Honduras to GRS Marcela was born and raised in La Ceiba, Honduras , also known as “la novia de Honduras” —which translates to “the bride of Honduras.” She moved to the U.S. in December 2016 after earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras . Marcela is currently approved and ready to take her exam to become a registered nurse in the U.S. Before joining our team in August 2022 , she worked as both a nurse and a homemaker . Life Outside of Work Marcela is a proud mother of two—her son, Sebastian (15) and daughter, Eleanor (5) . When she’s not working, she loves spending quality time with her children and extended family. Fun fact: her half-sister, Brenda , also works at GRS in our Baton Rouge office! One of Marcela’s favorite pastimes is going for walks in the park. She says she often uses this time to meditate and reflect—thinking about what she’s done well and what she could improve.
