Meet the Team | Taylor Millet
Hello, Spring! Since the last time we shared a Meet the Team feature, the season has changed. Like most Aprils along the Gulf Coast, we have already seen our fair share of thunderstorms and are prepared for more to come.
Once a month, we introduce you to a different team member at one of our five office locations. It is New Orleans’ turn. This month, we are excited to introduce you to Taylor Millet, who works as a business development representative in the Greater New Orleans-area. Read more about her below!
Meet the Team: New(ish) Mom
Taylor was born and raised in Lutcher, Louisiana, aka, “Lutcha.” Whenever she graduated from from Lutcher High School (Go Bulldogs!), she went on to college at Southeastern Louisiana University before eventually starting to work full-time. She managed Bella Bella Boutique and did advertising sales for NBC33/Fox44 in Baton Rouge. After those roles, she began working for Guarantee Restoration in October 2017.
Personally, Taylor has been married to her husband Marcus since May 2018. Last year, they welcomed their first child, Taysom. He will celebrate his first birthday this June. When she is not working, her son keeps her pretty busy. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, shopping, and being outdoors. She also likes to decorate and spend time with family and friends.

As I was writing on this article, I asked her what she likes about working for Guarantee. She said that she loves the “teamwork makes the dreamwork” mindset that everyone has each day.
