This pre-loss planning technology keeps crucial information safe, secure, and easily accessible in the event of an emergency while also saving valuable time during the insurance claims process. During the pre-loss phase, we will also determine which areas of the property are priority and make a plan to address these in order of importance should a catastrophic event occur. 

  • Streamlining Disaster Response Times

    Ready Action Plan (RAP) is a proprietary risk management application available to Guarantee Restoration planning clients. It is a cloud-based, mobile-friendly application that can help reduce risk and streamline disaster response times for both the client and Guarantee Restoration. RAP allows users to collect and utilize documents, plans, and critical building information from any web-based device in the world. You can rest easily knowing you have access to all essential property information in one easy-to-use, secure program.

  • How is Ready Action Plan (RAP) Software Used?

    Guarantee Restoration will ensure your business receives the greatest possible benefit of RAP software by following these five steps:


    1. Uploading Floor Plans – This will form the foundation of your site. Upload your blueprints or floor plans into the system, then import critical data documentation and contact information related to your property. You will also be able to attach the Matterport images captured to these floor plans to view a 3-D version of those plans on any mobile/internet capable devices. If you do not have floor plans, they can be created from the Matterport scans.


    2. Site Analysis – In this step, your Guarantee representative will survey your property and locate and identify your critical building systems. In real time, we will document and tag this data into your digitized floor plans. You will have the dimensions of the rooms added, measurements of the building(s), and understand the critical factor points in the building(s) as well as the “hot points” of the different mechanical systems in use.


    3. Documentation of Pre-Loss Conditions – A key step many forget is to document the property thoroughly so that you have accurate and complete records of how it appears and functions in its pre-loss condition. Everything from building construction materials to finishes is important to notate.


    4. Training – What good is technology if you aren’t sure how to use it? Your Guarantee representative will walk you through the entire Ready Action Plan training module, step-by-step, until you feel comfortable with the intuitive, easy-to-use system.


    5. System Use & Support – Now you are ready to start taking advantage of all that the RAP system has to offer, from tracking building maintenance to documenting damages and repairs. Your Guarantee Restoration team is ready to assist you in any way possible.

  • Documenting Your Business’s Pre-Loss Condition

    Matterport 3D imaging is an impressive and valuable piece of our pre-loss planning puzzle. This top-of-the-line camera produces 3D images of your entire building. A Guarantee Restoration team member or a third-party contractor will walk the property, creating a complete 3D rendering of your facility. This allows us to produce a perfect, inch-by-inch model of what your building looks like on that day. If the property should ever be damaged, this pre-loss imaging allows the entire mitigation and reconstruction process to be exponentially reduced. This technology is also utilized during a loss to help expedite the claims process, a use for which Guarantee Restoration has found it to be invaluable.


    • CAT 1: Clean water originating from a source that does not pose harm to humans. Wet materials can be saved by drying (e.g., any water intake for a washer or dishwasher).
    • CAT 2: Gray water that contains significant levels of contamination and has the potential to cause discomfort or sickness if consumed (e.g., any water outtake for a washer, dishwasher, or other appliance).
    • CAT 3: Black water that is grossly contaminated and certain to cause discomfort or sickness if consumed (e.g., floodwater and sewage).
