Strengthened by Our Core Values

What are core values? Why are they necessary? Simply, core values set the tone for a business to cultivate the environment and behavior of its staff.

At Guarantee Restoration Services, we believe in a strong foundation to guide our employees to make the right decisions daily. This begins with our company’s five core values. Since our inception in 1974, these values have been developed, refined, and solidified.

Our Core Values at GRS

If you have been following us for awhile, this is not the first time we have discussed them. Below, we explain why we pride ourselves on these five core values:

  1. Honesty: Give transparency and accountability in everything we do.
  2. Workmanship: Provide continuous training for employees, which ensure excellence of work performed.
  3. Efficiency: Deliver cost-effective and timely solutions to our customers.
  4. Commitment: Promise to follow-through to the end of each project.
  5. Partnership: Work closely with our customers to resolve a multitude of property damage challenges – and create relationships for life!

Personally, I have been with Guarantee for more than two years. I have seen these traits demonstrated first-hand daily. From our technicians to accounting personnel, our organization strives for the best in every position. By instilling our core values and high standards, we have experienced a lot of growth in recent years and continue to expand.

“Treat others how you would like to be treated.” Seems simplistic enough, right? It is why we value our core values so much here at GRS. When disaster strikes, we want to be your first call that gives you peace of mind – you know you are in good hands. Each of our five branches have put teams in place that work well together and have a heart that beats as one. We work to be the best we can be every day!

Spring Has Sprung! It's hard to believe we're nearing the halfway mark of 2025—and the beginning of hurricane season. Every month, we spotlight one of our amazing team members. For April, we're excited to highlight Amy Parker , a key part of our Accounting Department , working in Accounts Receivable . About Amy Amy was born in Oglethorpe, Georgia , and spent her entire life in Macon County before moving to Louisiana in 2022. Prior to joining GRS in October 2022, she served as an Office Manager at Macon County Farm Bureau for 15 years. In her free time, Amy enjoys life as a self-proclaimed "beach bum," visiting Gulf Coast beaches as often as she can. She also loves reading and antiquing . Amy is a proud mom to two daughters, Bailee and Madison , and cherishes time with her family and her beloved Cane Corso , Gypsy . She’s an avid supporter of LSU Gymnastics and Auburn University . In the NFL, she cheers for the Baltimore Ravens , thanks to linebacker Roquan Smith , who also hails from Macon County. They’ve been busy transforming their new house into a home—planting flowers, decorating, and picking out new furniture.
